Interview Sessions for Life!!
Finally the time has come in life for the D Day !! Choosing your life's other half!! This is the toughest decesion to be made! Donno the person, you are meeting her for the first time and have to make the decision in the first date!! Did I say a Date!! you are luckey if the so called elders decide that you can talk privately!!
Its like asking a beautiful lady in restaurent "Do you want to marry me?" Make the decision for life!

Fire alarm!
This is the best mood of my stay here.. A tennis set and bath !! And Kannada songs on udbhava ..Oo Gulaabi ye ! Oho Gulaabiye...
Did a little shopping this weekend... otherwise it was all lazing in apartment. Chai was behind me selling perfumes for the book that was free with it!! "Sports Illustrated - Greatest Feats"..He did well.. we ended up buying perfumes that were worth more than $130.. and got all the books they had stacked there :D
Was staying up late on Friday night...this new project we are doing has got on my mind and I was working madly till Saturday morning 4 am. That's when the fire alarm went off..its a horrible noise... I thought the just was in my apartment and was hitting the alarm piece with tennis bat. We usually had the batteries removed out of it..since it went off often when we cooked...
KD got up and then Chai and Patil came out. I went out of the apartment and saw the Indian guy in my next apartment had a girl staying with him!!! :D
Nows the funniest.. When we all headed down taking the satires. we were there outside the apartment building...there came manohar and sudir..Sudir in lungi carrying a big suit case..... everyone there were laughing at this guy.....while these guys had got their passport and the money that they had, guess what we had with us!
We were not interested to know what had happened. Think that was a hoax!! Back to our apartment. we took the stair case up all the 7 floors...this was the first time I took the stairs eventhough we have the slowest lift in town!!.... Chai turned on the TV as usual and we were there watching NGC.. Crocodile Story!!!!
It was 5;30 AM when we finally went to bed!

Another Sunday is fading away!
After a well spent Saturday lazing and staying up late for watching "Sarkar" its Sunday afternoon already!!
Sarkar is a great movie. I loved it. Should have watched in theater is what I am feeling now. After Devar Magan this is another movie that kept me glued to sofa all the way. I remember watching Devar Magan on Shivraatri night along with my Sister. She was my movie guide then. Those were the days when there were no movies on TV except for those on the weekend on DD1 :) and I was not allowed to go to theaters. My Dad considered that a taboo. It was great time spent with family watching those limited movies on TV.
Got up at 12:00 Noon!! thinking in my mind that I have only 10 hrs of Sunday!! thought of calling home but the phone is too busy these days in here with Chai glued to it most of the time. I am little surprised to see that Chai has still not turned on the TV. He gets pissed of if he is not allowed to watch it!!
After K's chai, KD and K decided Uttappam for breakfast... sorry Lunch..or is that too late for lunch tooo!! I was took the first shot at uttappams. I am feeling better now after uttappam and tea.
Since I am here this time I am crazy about this song!Woh Lamhe, Woh Baatein.... Koi na Jaane,.... Thi Kaisi Raatein,.... Ho, Barasaatein,..... Woh Bheegi Bheegi Yaadein, Woh Bheegi Bheegi Yaadein,......I'm enjoying my stay till now.. there is KD, Chai and then there was Vishnu with us 2 weeks back. We are having very good time.. My great gang in US!
I am enjoying that I do not have to worry about cooking, even though I love to do that! There's KD doing that.. and then Chai's sambaar is too good... I have already started to miss Vishnu's sandwiches :D.... Ok stop making faces now. I am cooking tooo! what.. ? my trade mark..patented LemonRice.. I am turning out to be an expert day by day.... and then I am there always in kitchen behind KD making sure that he has salt in everything that he is handling!! he gets so irritated....
I think I'm a little good towards manohar...I photographed for him. I took soo many pics of him..he was happy looking at those !.. I made manohar happy!!
I think I have spent a lot of time on this laptop this day.... Let me go join Chai on TV! Ye.. He is finally there in front of TV!!

Journey to US
May 09, 2005 - Left Bangalore in our usual Jet Airways to Mumbai.... as the flight took off, it was a beautiful sun set view from my flight window...and when the pilot took the first turn I remembered my childhood days.. running with both the arms in air like the eagle in sky... I had never dreamt of me, KD and Vishnu will get together in a place like US.. and to add to this there was chai slated to join us in a week's time... these were my thoughts in plane with KD sitting next to me..... in no time we landed in Mumbai.....
We stood in airport thinking what to do for next 5 hrs? KD wanted to call his Sis and me wanted to call a friend. As usual I was not prepared enough! so I did not have her number. KD called is sis and we waited for more than an hour before she arrived with her lovely Kid.. Next hour I spent time with the Kid.. she was so happy riding my carry-on luggage bag! it was a trolley for here! It was getting late for them to leave.. and we got our boarding passes and headed to Gate 1 or was that Gate 2.. don't remember.
It was time for "Veg or Non-Veg Sir!" as soon as we got into BA295....Time for trying some vine..KD too wanted to taste vine!! We thought that we'll change in London and KD was sleeping next minute! and me after an hour watching some bad movie..
It was a chilling morning in London .. I have never seen winter in west ! thus temp of 10C was a chilling ! We changed in London Heath Row. The best thing about this airport is Smoking Lounge! We then boarded BA 135. There was a little anxiety before immigration check at Chicago.. but when it got over it was like same thing that I had seen earlier.. wait for 3 hrs before we boarded AA to Cincinnati. Vishnu and Manohar were there waiting or us! It was like back home!!
Took a cab to Forum Apartments 707 Martin Luther King Dr. I am so familiar with the address!!
As soon we stepped into the apartment the first idea was Swimming!! This is the reason why I am so comfortable with these guys! They are as crazy as I am !! After travelling for 30 long hrs we wanted that we'll go and jump into the water!! Bigining of a wounderful era!
